NO CONTENT UPLOADS
Text, images, and files you send are never uploaded to CipherTransLocal servers.
Content moves only between reachable devices on the current LAN. Account services handle registration, purchase, first activation, and device allowance, but they do not receive, index, or store transfer messages.
- ✓Text messages never enter the account server
- ✓Images and files create no CipherTransLocal cloud copy
- ✓LAN transfer keeps working offline after activation
Links, addresses, commands, and notes go only to the local device you selected.
Originals, ID scans, and family photos are not uploaded to a CipherTransLocal content cloud.
Movies, video, documents, and archives move directly from sender to receiver.

The important limits, stated clearly.
What does it cost, and can I pay now?
The lifetime personal edition costs US$9.90 as a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Creem will show any applicable tax and the final total before confirmation. Payments are not open while review and integration are still in progress.
Does file transfer need internet access?
The transfer itself does not, but both devices must be on the same reachable LAN. First activation, device management, and update downloads use the internet.
Are files uploaded to CipherTransLocal servers?
No. The server handles accounts, orders, entitlements, devices, and download access. It does not receive transferred files or text.
How many devices does one purchase cover?
Five active devices by default, shared across Windows and Android. Remove an old device from the account center before activating a replacement.
Why might Windows show SmartScreen?
The first release will not carry paid Authenticode signing. The website will publish SHA-256 checksums and will never ask you to disable Defender or SmartScreen globally.
Let files move directly between your devices.
The lifetime personal edition costs US$9.90. Create an account first; purchasing, activation keys, and device management will share one account center after Creem approval and payment integration.
